Avalanche Arcad3

Get ready for some exciting news in the world of Web3 gaming, because Avalanche has just unveiled Arcad3, a program designed to help Web2 companies smoothly transition into the Web3 space.

And guess what? It covers everything from game monetization and risk management to marketing within the Web3 community.

To make things even more interesting, Japanese companies like GREE and Gumi, which played a role in bringing Final Fantasy to Web2, are lending their expertise to this project

💭 With their track record, we can only imagine the wonders they'll bring to Web3.

But here's the real game-changer: Avalanche is now more openly embracing Play-To-Earn games. This puts them in direct competition with other blockchains like Polygon, which has been marketed for Play-To-Earn gaming experiences.

It's an exciting shift that opens up new possibilities for gamers and creators alike. We can't wait to see how these gaming companies navigate the Web3 landscape and whether they can create games that capture the hearts of the general public.

So, fellow gamers, keep your eyes peeled for what's to come in the Web3 gaming industry 🎮

Avalanche and its Arcad3 program are definitely shaking things up. Let's embrace this new era of gaming and see where the adventure takes us!

Reddit

Some major changes are brewing in the Reddit universe, and it's HUGE! The recent announcement regarding API pricing has sparked a silent protest that kicked off on June 12th.

These changes directly impact big third-party applications, like "Apollo" that many of us rely on for a smoother browsing experience. The new pricing structure threatens the financial viability of these third-party apps, making it difficult for them to continue operating.

Reddit CEO Steve Huffman has emphasized the need for Reddit to become a "self-sustaining business" since it currently lacks financial stability.

While he has mentioned respecting the community and considering its needs, the recent uproar and discontent raise questions about whether these changes truly align with the community's best interests and the core values that Reddit stands for.

Binance U.S. updates

The SEC’s temporary restraining order filed against Binance U.S. was not approved by the judge.

This means that Binance U.S. can continue its operations while we await further clarifications on the matter 👀

What's the plan moving forward? It appears that the judge wants to address all aspects of the case and has posed a crucial question to the SEC: Do they want Binance U.S. to continue its operations?

Surprisingly, the SEC responded affirmatively and expressed openness to the company continuing its activities. Both parties have been given until June 15th at 5PM EDT to provide their input, and a magistrate judge has been appointed to facilitate discussions and find a middle ground.

As the crypto community eagerly awaits further updates, it's crucial to stay informed and remain engaged. We'll continue to monitor the situation closely, as it has significant implications for the crypto landscape.
