Coinbase announced eligible users can now recover almost 4,000 unsupported ERC-20 assets mistakenly sent to a Coinbase address. And the best part is that this is self-service. You won't have to depend on a customer service agent.

"We did this by using patent pending technology to send the funds directly from your inbound address without processing the funds through our centralized exchange infrastructure" — Coinbase

Info needed to recover missing funds:

• The Ethereum TXID for the transaction where the asset was lost

• The Coinbase address where the asset was lost

ZachXBT on Twitter confirmed the girl behind projects Spirit Gates and Dual Soul (Jyothee) is one of the biggest grifters in the NFT space. She's been profiting off an artist on Fiverr (Sajol Hassan) in Bangladesh. Zach went in-depth on how Jyothee would buy pieces for $25-50 and claim them as her own. Meanwhile Spirit Gates had brought in $376k (or 281 ETH).

Let's be real, stealing an artists' work as your own is just wrong. It's normal to collaborate with artists on NFT collections, but not mislead buyers or exploit artists. Nobody is winning in this situation.

PayPal x Metamask 🦊

All the normies will be READY next cycle.

Metamask's US users (minus Hawaii ☹️) will soon be able to fund their ETH wallet through PayPal. You'll be able to either purchase ETH via PayPal on the Metamask app or directly from PayPal then transfer over to Metamask.

"This integration with PayPal will allow our US users to not just buy crypto seamlessly through MetaMask, but also to easily explore the Web3 ecosystem" — Lorenzo Santos, Product Manager at Metamask.

New year, new Magic Eden ✨

Going into 2023 Magic Eden is bringing the heat. We can expect two new things from them — an NFT rewards program and their updated fee model.

Here's what you need to know:

• Magic Eden's rewards program has 5 levels

• You have the ability to link multiple wallets to a single account

• It's 5 points for every 1 SOL spent, so the more you trade the more you earn

• Higher tiers have access to better rewards, which might include NFT airdrops and discounts from partners. Magic Eden is still working out full details!

• Starting in January, there will be a dynamic maker/taker fee model + fee discounts based on level. Their goal is to reward the most active NFT traders
