Logan Paul says sorry and please take my 1000ETH

I'm pretty sure at this point, we are so sick of influencers with their superficial dabbling in web3. They take their web2 followers, steal their money and jarring their entire experience of web3 whilst making the rest of us look like scammers.

Logan Paul's CryptoZoo was an NFT game scheduled to launch in Sep 2021. Since then, the website says its "undergoing upgrades" and the official twitter page has been largely silent since May.  

The NFT eggs minted out raising $2.5 million to the project and initial releases were basically stock images of different animals. The promise was a play-to-earn game built around their Zoo token. Paul says it's haltered but it's still in the works.

Investors are fuming.

Logan Paul took to twitter and his apology went like this:

• Logan burns all his Zoo tokens and forfeit all upside from the project

• Refund players who minted on ETH/BNB with 1000ETH reserved

• Finish and deliver the game per whitepaper

What really is web3?

MetaMask staking?

MetaMask announced it will add a staking feature to the MetaMask Portfolio, allowing users to see their crypto portfolio and also stake via Lido or Rocket Pool.

This will involve locking up the Ether on chain in order to accrue interest or rewards and will directly accessible on MetaMask without accessing the respective sites. By staking, users will be able to participate in the Ethereum Proof of Stake ecosystem in a simpler way. 

Users who choose to take up this new feature and stake their ETH to receive transaction fees or inflation rewards will not be withdrawable until the Shanghai upgrade in March. 

Building a meaningful and user focused product continues to be the name of the game at Metamask.
