Montenegro's Minister of Interior reported that Do Kwon was detained at Podgorica airport carrying "falsified documents". Authorities found him with a Costa Rican passport, a Belgian passport, 3 laptops, and 5 phones.
He's wanted by authorities in South Korean, Singaporean, and United States over the $40b Luna Terra collapse. Since both the United States AND South Korea are seeking extradition, it is anyone's guess where he will be sent next.
